If you are on this page, you have already spoken with Kara from Traveling Heartists and have started planning your Mobile Pottery Party.
Yay! We are so excited to bring the pottery painting fun to you!
Please complete the steps below so we can prepare everything for your event.
Step 1: Complete the Party Agreement. Please fill out the Mobile Pottery Party Request & Agreement form. This confirms the details discussed with Kara and helps us make sure everyone understands how the party will work.
Your party is not finalized until the agreement has been submitted and approved.
Step 2: Use Your Party Code. Kara will give you a party code for your event. Please make sure this code is used when pottery orders are placed so we can group all orders with the correct party.
Step 3: Order Pottery Before the Deadline. Hostess may purchase all pottery or guests may choose and purchase their own pottery through The Fire Playce before the party date. All pottery must be ordered by the deadline given for your party. Late orders may not be available for the event. ALL ORDERS MUST INCLUDE THE POTTERY CODE.
Step 4: Get Ready to Paint! On the day of the party, Kara with Traveling Heartists will bring the pottery painting experience to you. The host is responsible for having the party space, tables, and chairs ready before the scheduled start time. After the party, painted pottery will be taken back to The Fire Playce to be glazed and fired. Finished pieces will be available for pickup at The Fire Playce after firing is complete.
